OPI Black Shatter over Catch Me In Your Net

Here's OPI Black Shatter applied over Catch Me In Your Net. I like Black Shatter best over bright glittery shades that contrast nicely with the flat matte finish of Black Shatter.

    does it come out in spots cuz I noticed the top of the bottle is like that...or did you do that yourself?
