    Hi Jan,
    I don't know if this will be available in Singapore. Best way to find out is to check with the Kanebo counters in Singapore directly. In 2010, they did not bring in the Toff & Loadstone palette that was released in June in Japan. (http://rougedeluxe.blogspot.com/2010/05/lunasol-toff-load-stone-collection-kit.html)
