Butter Factory (which is a club in Singapore) has just unveiled its new Bump Room with Tokidoki characters! The "House of Tokidoki" was designed by Simone Legno to be an interpretation of Bump as a home for Tokidoki’s characters like Adios and Astronauta Girl, complete with areas reminiscent of a typical cosy house such as a swimming pool, living room and fireplace.

Skin79 hosted a party for beauty bloggers at the Icing Room at 313@Somerset yesterday evening to introduce their Diamond collection. This was the second event by Skin79 that I attended following the preview back in April.

The Diamond I collection contains diamond powder and a "jewel complex powder" of ruby, amethyst, coral, tourmalin and pearl while the Diamond II collection has dimaond powder combined with a Flora Bouquet Complex and Blooming Jewel Complex including amethyst and ruby. Currently in Singapore, Skin79's topselling Beblesh Balm is the Super Plus BB Triple Benefits (pink packaging), followed by the VIP Gold and #3 is the Diamond Prestige.

OPI Wing It! & New Fall Collections at Metro
Dropped by Metro Paragon with Mag earlier this evening to check out the 20% sale. As OPI was 20%+10% off, I couldn't resist picking up Wing It!, which is also from the Summer Flutter collection. After the discount, it cost only S$16.95 :-)
Similar to Catch Me If You Can, Wing It is a vibrant fuschia with purple shimmer. The OPI display is directly opposite the Ettusais counter, next to the escalator. They have not only the whole Summer Flutter collection, but also the Shrek Forever collection and also the latest Swiss collection for fall.
Over at the Kanebo counter, the new Coffret D'Or Beauty C Curve palettes were also on display. These are S$54 each before discount. For Kanebo, you can get the 20% rebate in the form of vouchers this weekend.
The Shu Uemura Florescent fall collection is also available now. The palettes are S$126 but as they are limited edition, they are not eligible for the 20% rebate. The loose shimmer powder (in the tub with the pink cover) is quite pretty but pricey at S$68.
The Estee Lauder also has the Blue Dahlia collection by Tom Pecheux in stock. The eyeshadow palettes are around S$64 and eligible for the 20% rebate.

OPI Catch Me In Your Net
During my earlier trip to ALT at Heeren, I picked up OPI Catch Me In Your Net (S$23) from the Summer Flutter collection. It's the most gorgeous teal blue with intense glittery shine, and reminds me of MAC's Parrot eyeshadow.
Please excuse the messy job as I did this at midnight after yet another long arduous day at work. The shade is actually a more vibrant teal than it appears in the photos below. It applies very smoothly and two coats is more than enough to get an intensely shiny opaque finish. I love how it reflects the light and contrasts very nicely against my skintone.
S$23 is quite a lot to pay for an OPI nailpolish but I just can't be bothered to participate in online sprees or traipse down to Far East Plaza to try and save a few bucks when I'm already putting in 12-hour days at work. Plus I'm all about the instant gratification :-)

Spotted these new products and special offers at Watsons in Ngee Ann City today :-) With any $75 purchase of Skin79 products, you can get a set of 4 BB Creams miniatures free.

Revlon has just launched its PhotoReady (S$29.90) liquid foundation. It comes in 004 Nude, 006 Medium Beige, 007 Cool Beige, 008 Golden Beige and 010 Caramel. It has SPF20 and is oil-free and fragrance-free. It also has photochromatic pigments that reflect and diffuse light for a soft luminous finish. I purchased this in 002 Vanilla when I was in Hawaii earlier this year and quite like it. It's a pity that the shade selection in Singapore is so limited though.

Hard Candy Just Nails Envy
Just re-did my nails with Hard Candy Just Nails in Envy :-)
I love the deep emerald shade, plus it was super cheap at just US$5. The only minor flaw is that the brush is too narrow. Still, the polish applies smoothly and dries completely in about 10 to 15 minutes.

Laneige Fall 2010 Mystic Veil
Nothing from Laneige has caught my eye lately but Urcosme.com just posted these pics of the upcoming fall collection, Mystic Veil, which will be launched in August and September in Asia.
The product packaging for this collection features artwork by a Danish artist, Wendy Plovmand, who has done work for Prada and Marc Jacobs. You can check out Plovmand's blog here for more pics of the collection.
