Here's another close-up pic of Visee's new Brilliance Forming Eyes palette (1680yen, 5 palettes) which will be released on 16 June in Japan. The bottom left shade is actually a shimmery cream liner shade while the other three are powder shades. I'm usually not a big fan of eyeshadow palettes that include cream shades as they are just messy and often don't have good lasting power.

I agree with you on the cream shadow, I recently purchased an Esprique Precious palette, one from their Dress-On Shiny Eye series, and the cream shadow was way too messy. In fact, I'm not even sure if I can work with creamy-buttery eyeshadows, in general, I find powdery eyeshadows much more easier to blend. Just my two cents.
Sana Majolook range of eyeshawdow palettes also comes with one cream shade each. I was thinking of whether to buy them from Watson's. With your comment on cream shade, now I'll be skipping these.
that blue one looks pretty but I think I'll pick up one of the blackish forming eyes palettes instead.
Is the creme shade meant to be a base? These look pretty but I wish I could swatch them before buying... I only ended up with two of the blackish forming eyes palettes instead of all 5 once I was able to swatch them on myself!
Hey Asiyakei,
The cream shade is supposed to be a liner shade, I guess similar to the cream shade in the Coffret D'Or Spring '09 collection.
