Ipsa will be releasing a new line of foundation primers and color correcting powders on 12 September in Japan. Pure Control Base (2625yen) comes in 3 shades and has SPF15 PA+ while Pure Control Powder (2940yen for refill, 1260yen for case) comes in 2 shades with SPF10 PA+. There will also be a limited edition base makeup kit (7350yen) that includes a Pure Control Base, choice of any foundation and a choice from three makeup cleansers (trial-size) in a pouch with a mirror.
