Paul & Joe Spring 2010

The beauty blogosphere is mostly abuzz about the Spring 2010 collections forthcoming from Dior, Guerlain and other Western brands. Paul & Joe throws its hat into the ring for your beauty dollars with this absolutely delectable limited edition trio of Collection Sparkles (2730yen each) due out on 8 January in Japan. I'm definitely hauling all three of these. I'm glad that these are the "normal" size and not the larger ones with the sponge applicators that were released for fall earlier this year. Not sure if these will be accompanied by lipsticks in the same packaging but usually they are.

And that's not the end of it. On 5 February, Paul & Joe will completely revamp its line of single eyeshadows. The new Select Eyecolors come in 25 shades. Costing 1890yen each, these are embossed with the signature Paul & Joe floral motif. Palette cases will be sold separately for 1260yen. The shade selection is very typical of Paul and Joe, lots of pastels, classic dark and neutral shades.

So if Prestige (which distributes Paul & Joe in Singapore) holds any warehouse sales next year, I expect there will be tons of the current range of single eyeshadows which will be discontinued.

Pics are from FAnet.

I like those special edition eyeshadows! But I'm not a big fan of when you have to purchase the makeup case to go with the refill... its so inconvenient =(

I was never a fan of Paul & Jos. However, their Spring 2010 collection looks really promising.

Hi lilluna,

The company that distributes Paul & Joe and Givenchy in Singapore holds warehouse sales 1-2 times a year. They also often participate in other warehoues sales organised by other companies, such as a recent one by a department store, Robinsons. You can see my haul at the P&J warehouse sale last November here:
