Jill Stuart will launch this Rich Moisture Silk Powder Foundation SPF20 PA++ on 4 September in Japan. Designed to help keep skin hydrated, it contains 'transfer-free powder' to help it stay flawless. The limited edition case (1500yen) is decorated with a swirl of feathers and flowers. Available in five shades, the powder foundation refill will retail separately for 3500yen. There will also be a new Rich Moisture Primer SPF16 PA++ (3000yen) which is composed of over 90% beauty essence.
