It's not the makeup shades that I found tacky, but rather the childish and silly styling of the model with ribbons festooned in her hair and striking that cutesy pose. Jill Stuart has always had a feminine, princessy and elegant aesthetic but the way this model was styled just did not convey that.

Those colors remind me of fairy kei style in Japan. Even though tacky but if they targeted that market group than it is not a miss I think.

I agree, I don't like the image the model is rocking, but the product colours look lovely
