Lunasol will release its fall makeup collection with the theme 透輝浄化(toukijouka) on 17 August in Japan.

2. Sheer Glossy Eyes: Gel powder eyeshadow in 4 shades (2625yen, LE)
3. Full Glamour Lips: 8 shades (3150yen)
4. Full Glamour Liquid Lips: 2 shades (2940yen)
5. Lip Shadow Liner N: 4 shades (1575yen)
6. Lip Shadow Liner N (Holder) (1575yen)
7. Coloring Cheeks (Glow): 2 shades (2625yen for refill)
8. Intellectual Liquid Eyeliner N: 3 shades (1260yen)
9. Nail Finish N: 2 new shades and 2 LE shades (1575yen)
A new Skin Modelling Water Cream Foundation (5250yen, 30g) in six shades will be released on 14 September. It is made up of 60% water and has SPF20 PA++. More pics in this earlier post and on the Lunasol website.

I feel like I've seen those eyeshadow palettes before.
I love lunasol's excellent quality and lovely colors but I just cannot understand why they would use a western model instead of Asian!
Those cream shadows are just WOW!
The gel powder eyeshadows look interesting, if only for the texture. Shades... Everytime I see a new Lunasol collection I play spot the difference with the previous one, I can barely differentiate between their Winter and Summer collections!

I agree, Lunasol has been playing it very safe for the last few collections now. I wish they would do something a bit more creative but I guess their main clientele base like these type of office-friendly shades.

The majority of high end Japanese brands (Cle de Peau, Cosme Decorte, Shu Uemura, Shiseido, Jill Stuart, Addiction etc) use Caucasian models, probably because they think that helps consumers associate it with a prestigious luxe image. It's a pity for sure.
