Here's the cover of the Early Winter 2010 issue of the Shiseido Beauty Book. See a preview here. At first, I thought the cover model was Maquillage spokesmodel ICONIQ in a wig but looks like it may be Ma Cherie spokesmodel Hinano Yoshikawa instead.

Shiseido puts out these seasonal booklets in Japan and they usually come out every 2-3 months. I don't think they are distributed outside of Japan as all the text is in Japanese.
