Here are pics of the Jill Stuart Happy 5th Anniversary Mook which will be released on 29 August in Japan. The vanity case measures 9.5×19×12cm and the mirror is 13.5×9.5cm. This looks quite worthwhile as the mook costs only 1365yen (about S$21) in Japan.

Kinokuniya usually brings in the mooks that are published in Japan. You can always call them to enquire if they are bringing in this mook. I'm pretty sure they will.

Amazon Japan is the only place I know of online that sells the mook and ships internationally. But their international shipping rates are very expensive and starts at 3400yen + 300yen (for each item). You can try asking ichibankao.com or bobodave.com if they can do a custom purchase for you as they are based in Japan.
