Yup, the Moisture Liposome discounted price looks like a good deal as it's a 33% discount off the normal retail price. The offer is exclusively at Isetan Scotts and only on Friday 30 April.

There's nothing on the postcard stating that the offer is only for members, so I think it's available to non-members too.
L'Occitane just launched their own makeup line. Not sure if they will ever make it to Singapore.
