Ben and Jerry's Peanut Butter Cup

While shopping at Giant in IMM yesterday evening, a Ben & Jerry's display near the cashier immediately caught my eye with its "New Flavour!" sign. Peanut Butter Cup is peanut butter ice cream with, well, peanut butter cups.

As if that was not enticing enough, you also get a free mug by purchasing two pints, including Peanut Butter Cup. The clueless staff at the Giant Customer Service counter at first handed me a Magnolia mug, and I was like, no, I want my Ben & Jerry's mug! Fortunately, they managed to find it stashed just behind the counter. For spending more than S$50, we also received an $8 voucher for our next S$50 purchase at Giant. Pretty good deal!

The mug is printed with the Peanut Butter Cup packaging, right down to the nutritional information box on the back. As if you need a reminder of just how many grams of fat are in a pint!

hi, do u know when will the mug giveaway promotion end? I totally heart the peanut butter cup that comes w the ingredient list... so cute. I used to eat peanut butter cup flavour ice cream nearly every other day during lunch at some ice cream parlour in Raffles Place when I onced work at the bank in that area. Ooh... it was heavenly rich and yummy...

hi Sun,
Sorry, I don't know when the promotion will end, it's most likely while stocks last. When I was at the Giant Customer Service counter yesterday evening, they only had one small box of these mugs. I don't know if the promotion is available elsewhere.
