Steady x L'Est Rose

Picked up the new February issue of Steady (S$17.50) at Kinokuniya (Ngee Ann City) yesterday. It comes with a L'Est Rose tote bag.

L'Est Rose is a Japanese fashion brand that is well-known for its feminine floral-print designs. The bag features one of their most popular rose prints.

The material is a slightly reflective PVC polyester that is supposed to be resistant against stains. I'm not sure if it is 100% waterproof but small splashes of water droplets should not pose any problems.

As is common for magazine supplements, the interior seams are exposed but they are neatly trimmed and stitched.

Measuring 29x38x8cm, the bag is very roomy and can fit a few A4-size magazines. The straps are also long enough to sit comfortably on the shoulder. The bag is quite well-structured and maintains its shape well although the material does feel a bit thin.

L'Est Rose is also giving away this cute charm accessory to customers who make a purchase at the L'Est Rose stores in Japan while carrying this bag.

Some clothes from L'Est Rose's latest collection.

The Ngee Ann City store has plenty of copies of Steady. It also just restocked the Anteprima mook and the Cath Kidston Hello From London mook with the makeup pouch earlier this week.

The next issue of Steady will come with a 3-piece Snoopy pouch and heart-shaped charm, a collaboration piece with accessory brand Canal 4°. This is due out in Japan on 7 February.

Hi Iris,
Just wondering if you have any info on release date of Chanel spring 2011 collection in singapore? I'm eyeing to get the nail polishes. Thanks a lot.
