Majolica Majorca Christmas Tree

The Parco department store in the Shibuya district of Tokyo will be displaying a Majolica Majorca Christmas tree this holiday season starting on Friday 12 November! Inspired by Majolica's new fragrance, Majoromantica, the red and gold-themed tree is decorated with birdcages, rabbits and apples. Inside the tree is a Majoromantica-scented, 1.5 metre space that you can explore.

If you are visiting Tokyo this holiday season, do check it out if you're a Majolica fan!

Hi Iris

I'm going to Tokyo in Dec! :D I'll definitely go check out this tree when I go Shibuya.

Are there any good holiday buys in Tokyo? What are the must-buy skincare/makeup items from Japan?

hi Hannah,
There are too many good beauty brands in Japan to name. Some brands that are worth checking out are:

1. Addiction (at Isetan Shinjuku, Mitsukoshi in Ginza and Seibu in Shibuya)

2. Jill Stuart (but it's cheaper in Hong Kong and Taiwan)

3. Est (nice eyeshadow palettes, which you can get cheaper at the Narita airport dutyfree)

The drugstore brands worth checking out are Visee, Integrate, Lavshuca. There are many US/European brands in Japan too like NARS and Laura Mercier but the prices in Japan are very exorbitant so it's not worth buying these brands in Japan.
