Candygal, where did you order from? I went to the Bugis Kinokuniya and the staff told me they do not do any pre-orders for mooks, no date of release, and I will have to call back to check again. :(
hi engeng,
You should try the Kinokuniya at Ngee Ann City. They definitely take pre-orders for mooks. Can call them to reserve.
The staff told me that Ngee Ann City does not take preorders too. But I shall try there since you guys have already done so before. Thanks a million :D
Thanks everyone here, I have managed to reserve my copy @ Ngee Ann City kino :D
hi. may i ask if the agnes b tote is an inspired item made by the Japanese or by the authentic agnes b company. because its too good a deal to get a free agnes b tote just by buying a magazine when you need to pay few hundred to get one.
hi,
The mook is published by a Japanese publishing company (same one that publishes magazines like Sweet, Spring, Steady etc.) in collaboration with Agnes B. These mook bags are designed also in collaboration with the Agnes B. company (the mook comes with a message from Agnes B. the designer herself) but as for who actually makes them, I would not know except that invariably such items are made in China. The again, many high end luxury brands manufacture their products in China these days too. The quality is of course not the same as the Agnes B bags that cost several hundred dollars in the retail stores.
Hi Haru,
Just to let you know that the mook has arrived at Kinokuniya.
