Spotted this new Bourjois Duo Effet Sculpteur on the Bourjois Japan website! Each compact includes a highlighting shade and a matte shading colour. There are 6 combinations, each retailing for 2310yen starting 26 May. Japanese makeup artist Kyoko Iida also just gave these a positive review. Hope we'll get this in Singapore too!

bourjois releases different stuff for japanese market right? i would love to try those lovely looking blushes as borujois blushes aren't too bad. Well, it's signature products! however, i think it's high time for the company to improve on its products. i hope we get to try these too. look very nice from the pictures.
hi jojoba,
Singapore usually gets the same releases as Japan so I'm quite hopeful that we'll see these blushes in Singapore eventually. These are not baked mineral blushes like the usual Bourjois blush singles, so they should be interesting to check out. But the price looks a tad high though, about US$23.
Hi Haru, I'm your long time secret reader surfacing finally hahaha...
Just wanna say OMG, I want one of these! I am frantically looking for a highlighter, this one may be IT! But looks like a long wait.
Hi JC,
Thanks for following my blog! If you are looking for a good highlighter, there are actually several good options readily available in Singapore such as:
1. Canmake Cheek Gradation; Cheek & Highlight; Highlight Gradation.
2. Guerlain Meteorites
3. Dior Rose Diamond Skin Shimmer
Canmake in particular is very affordable and good quality.
hi haru,
is there any solution you might have to offer on how to tone down on blusher if its too heavily applied on one's cheek?
hi,
What I usually do is use a piece of tissue paper to wipe off the excess and then dust some translucent loose powder on top.
Thank u for the recommendations! I'll gonna hunt Canmake down. I was almost sold on Mac Shimmerbricks.
we have these already but only 4 sets. :)
