Korres Lip Butter Sale

The Korres store at Ion is having an incredible sale on its popular Lip Butters! These are currently going for just S$12.90, instead of the usual S$21. If you don't like the pot packaging, they also have the new Mandarin Lip Butter Sticks SPF15 for S$16.

I picked up the Lip Butters in Mango, Pomegranate and Jasmine and the Lip Butter Stick in Purple. The sale is on until 27 June but I wouldn't wait too long to snag these lovelies! The Lip Butters are not as emollient as the Anna Sui Protective Lip Treatment or Fresh Sugar Rose Lip Tinted Lip Treatment, but they add a lovely pop of velvety colour.

Speaking of Fresh Sugar Rose, I read that they have a new one out? The Sugar Plum stick.

The purple lip butter stick reminded me of it. :) Is the purple lip butter stick pigmented?

Hi Haru,

I'm looking around for a lip gloss that's moisturising and non-sticky. would the korres lip butter stick be it? or do u have anything else to recommend?

thanks!

hi Janice,

The Korres Lip Butter Stick is not that shiny so if you want something glossier and moisturising, I would recommend either Paul & Joe Lip Gloss N or Lancome Color Fever Gloss.

The Paul & Joe Lip Gloss are being revamped so the counters in Singapore have the current Lip Gloss N range on 40% off. You can see the new Lip Gloss G on the Paul & Joe website but this is not available in Singapore yet (it will probably launch in June).

Thanks, Haru. Will check out the P&J. :)

is there a difference between the stick and the one in the pot? i tried the pot but didn't like it that much, now thinking of trying the stick, but don't know if that makes sense?

hi,
The stick is more convenient as you don't have to stick your finger into the pot or use a lip brush, but to be honest, I didn't find the stick to be very moisturising.
