Lunasol Fall 2011

According to a Frau editor, Lunasol's fall makeup collection theme is "Light and Shadow Purification" (光と影浄化). Instead of the usual eyeshadow quads, the five new Three Dimensional Eyes palettes will each include 8 shades.

You can see more photos on this Japanese blog.

Due to be released on 19 August in Japan, the colletion also includes limited edition false eyelashes, Lunasol's first eyelash curler, and a concealer palette that includes a powder. In September, Lunasol will launch a mask that is meant to be used before applying makeup.

Hi Haru
thanks for answering me on Anna Sui, in the end i didn't buy anything despite the 10% discount sales in isetan tampines as the counter is moved out! :( have to rush back and look after baby so well, got nothing because the store is moved out, perhaps due to poor business.

haha, still have a good time raiding some good drugstore product from watson such as olay regenerist range (my mum, sister aand an aunt swear by it and their skin look the best after using this serum), a revlon lipgloss for a nude look :)

have a great week! :) just wonder if u can do a small post on more about yourself such as "little known facts about Haru?" :P

hi Ling,
The Olay Regenerist range is quite good, from what I've heard. I did a post about how I started blogging some time ago but for reasons of privacy, I don't write that much about the details of my personal life: http://rougedeluxe.blogspot.com/2010/06/about-rouge-deluxe-beauty-blogging.html

They are so pretty!! Hope they are as nice in real life. :)

Interesting concept, but each palette seems to have extremely similar colors. Not sure if you need 8 of the same color except different intensities.

this looks different from the usual lot. Will definately be checking this out.

Hi Haru! Now that my OH works for a Japanese company, I've warned him that he's getting a huge shopping list! This will be on it!

Wow ;-) those 8 color palettes are really value for money!

These look so interesting! And they seem much more intense/smokey than Lunasol's typical offerings - may have to check it out!

hi Jamilla,
I'm waiting to see more real life pics of the palettes before deciding whether to get them. I'm quite disappointed by the gradational color schemes, as it would have been nice to see Lunasol do more diverse and fun combinations instead of the usual office lady-friendly combinations.
