The new Maquillage spring collection is out at the Shiseido counters in Metro Paragon and Isetan Scotts (not yet in Tangs Orchard but should be soon).
I think Maquillage has outdone themselves with the new selection of five Eyes Creator (3D) palettes (S$69), of which two are limited (BE763 and GR764) as there simply isn't a bad one in the bunch. Aside from BE763 which is very light and pastelly, the other four palettes all have good colour payoff, especially when the powder eyeshadows are used over the light cream bases.
The shades and degree of shimmer in the light cream bases and dark liner shades do vary across the different palettes, which makes them more interesting unlike Majolica Majorca Majolook palettes which all come with the same crappy white cream base. I swatched all of the palettes by first using the light cream shade as the base followed by the three powder shades on top.
Although I'm usually not into pink palette, PK766 turned out to be my favourite for its sweet combination of peach, coral pink and pinkish white. The light cream shade in PK766 is also much more shimmery and sparkly than those in the other palettes.
GR764 was the top of my list but after swatching it, I still can't make up my mind. The shade combination looks incredibly refreshing and gorgeous in the pan, but I probably have many similar shades in my current collection.
BR765 is actually more gold-toned. The powder eyeshadows are well-pigmented with a strong metallic finish.
VI767 is more sheer and somewhat more boring in comparison.

This collection is already available at og but not put out as the promotion posters are not yet put up. However, testers are available upon request.
Hi! Comparing the maquillage eye creator GR366 and GR764, which do you think is better? I'm getting greenish blue shades eyeshadow but cannot decide on which is better!
hi gorilla,
I haven't swatched GR368 before so I can't say if it's better or worse than GR764. GR368 looks like more of a dusky green whereas GR764 is a mix of lighter pastels.
I bought PK766 yesterday and tried it on today. I have it on for about a good 3 hours before it starts creasing. Even the cream liner started to fade around that time. I'm going to wear a primer next time and see if there would be an improvement.
The colors are lovely though, very sheer, it does look beautiful when layered on even if the shades are subtle and the shimmer are more pronounced.
