Dropped by Sephora in Ion today to spend my S$40 voucher and to my surprise, the Urban Decay Summer of Love collection was on display! The SA said that it just arrived two days ago.
The collection includes:
Urban Defense Tinted Moisturizer SPF 20
Summer of Love Nail Kit
Summer of Love Eyeshadow Palette
De-Slick In A Tube Mattifying Gel
De-Slick Oil control Makeup Setting Spray
All Nighter Long-Lasting Makeup Setting Spray
Dew Me Moisturizing Makeup Setting Spray
Guardian Angel Spray Moisturizer
The Tinted Moisturiser has a very light, non-greasy texture and provides only very sheer coverage. This costs S$54, versus US$32 in the US. Sorry, I can't remember the prices for the rest of the products but they were mostly around S$40+ to S$50+. According to the SA, many customers have been asking when the sprays would arrive. The sprays are actually made by Skindinävia.
I ended up getting the Summer of Love Nail Kit with my voucher. Sephora currently has this membership rewards programme whereby you can receive a S$40 voucher for every S$240 spent. The voucher can only be used on a limited range of brands including Urban Decay, Pop Beauty, Fred Farrugia and Too Faced.
While the purple and antique gold case is cute, the "cracked" gold material looks like it will flake easily.
The nailpolishes are Shine On (beige sparkle), Woodstock (radioactive pink), Love Light (baby pink sparkle), Hashbry (bright orchid), Magic Bus (emergency orange), Aquarius (electric teal) and Psychedelic Sister (bright coral). The SA said that these dry super fast. All of these looked like fun shades to play around with. Each is 5ml.
My favourite is Aquarius which has a more vibrant teal tone than it appears in the pic.

did you manage to swatch those? (at least check out the texture and such? :) )
hi,
Yup, the coverage is very sheer but they don't feel greasy or heavy, which is good.
crap. there goes my money. and i said i won't buy anymore after the to the beach bit. haha.
by the way, i bought the crush glow based on the review you did before...you (and the muse) are right about it triggering pokemon-itis (or whatever it was)...you can't seem to stop at one!
who is that 'bear'? actually the one that caught my eyes is the 'bear'.
is that a gwp from urban decay?
hi Natalie,
Dior quints are addictive! But after awhile, several of the shades do look very similar so I've started to slow down the rate at which I buy these, though I still like collecting their purple-themed palettes.
hi,
the bear is not a GWP, it was a present from my husband :-) Just stuck him in the photo for fun!
