MAC Formidable! and Mean & Green Nail Lacquers

Here are some quick swatches of MAC Formidable! and Mean & Green Nail Lacquers from the Venomous Villains collection.

Formidable! is an interesting duochrome dark burgundy with flashes of blue shimmer. In some types of lighting, it appears more like a dark blood red.

Despite the name, Mean & Green actually looks mostly purple when viewed straight on, with flashes of bronzy gold and olive green at the sides. The brush of my Mean & Green had some splayed bristles that stuck out from the rest of the brush.

Both Formidable! and Mean & Green were sheer on the first coat, and required up to three coats to achieve opacity.

hi QiuYan,
Yes, it's quite easy to travel around Japan even without knowing Japanese. Just get a good travel guide like Lonely Planet to help you along.
