Chanel Le Blanc Collection 2017

Every year, Chanel releases its Le Blanc collection of whitening skincare and colour makeup collection around February in Japan and other Asian countries. The 2017 collection will be launched on 24 February in Japan. It includes this limited edition Prisme Lumiere de Chanel face powder (7500yen) and Le Quatre Ombres palettes in #284 Jarden de Lumiere (left) and #292 (6900yen) inspired by Japanese gardens.

Chanel Le Blanc Collection 2016

Chanel will launch its annual Le Blanc makeup and skincare collection on 19 February in Japan. This collection is usually available in other Asian countries such as Singapore and occasionally in select retailers later in the year elsewhere such as Nordstrom in the US.

Chanel Perfection Lumiere Extreme Compact Foundation

According to Abe Sawako, Chanel's new Perfection Lumiere Extreme Compact Foundation is slated for release on 17 April in Japan, along with this Le Tissage blush. The foundation reportedly provides flawless longlasting coverage of pores.

The Collection La Perle de Chanel has just launched at all counters in Singapore. I couldn't resist picking up the Harmonie Levres Lip Palette in Arabesque (S$86, 5.5g). The cream blush in #80 Invitation is another standout piece, a soft baby pink sprinkled with micro shimmer. However, after checking online, it seems like this is actually a re-promote as Invitation was released in 2014. The collection is not Asia-exclusive as it can be found on the Chanel US website.

Maquia's placement suggestion for Suqqu's upcoming Blend Color Eyeshadow 19 (to be released on 30 Jan in Japan), as featured in their Feb 2015 issue. Biteki has a similar feature in their Feb 2015 issue but their application technique was so bland that virtually all the models looked like they were only wearing mascara and eyeliner.

Chanel Le Blanc Collection 2015 and new Rouge Coco

Chanel will release its new whitening skincare and makeup collection on 20 February in Japan. It looks like there will be a few new primers, along with a five-toned lip palette, Les Quatre Ombres #248 eyeshadow quad, two blushes (one cream and one powder), a silver Illusion D'Ombre eyeshadow, two lipglosses and at least one lipstick. Chanel Rouge Allure Gloss Click

Chanel will launch a new line of glosses named Rouge Allure Gloss Click (3900yen) on 24 October in Japan. Available in 9 shades, the English name is simply Rouge Allure Gloss but the Japanese name adds a "Click" at the end. A simple push to the top of the tube causes the lipgloss applicator to pop up. Chanel Vitalumiere Loose Powder Foundation for Fall 2014

Looks like Anna Sui is not the only brand launching a loose powder foundation this autumn. Chanel will release Vitalumiere Loose Powder Foundation SPF15 (9000yen) with an included mini kabuki brush together with a Le Blanc de Chanel Base Lumiere Universelle Multi-Use Illuminating Base on 19 September in Japan. The Le Blanc de Chanel base helps to brighten up the skin and enhance the look of skin translucency.
