Shu Uemura Rouge Unlimited

Shu Uemura will launch its revamped Rouge Unlimited line of lipsticks on 22 September in Japan. Comprising 38 shades, the line includes four mixer shades in yellow, pearl, glitter and pearl to create your own customised shade according to the season or one's mood.

Shu Uemura Holiday 2017 Super Mario Bros Collaboration

Shu Uemura reaches into the ultimate heart of Japanese geekdom with its Holiday 2017 collaboration with Nintendo's landmark game icon Super Mario Bros. Like its past holiday collaborations with Karl Lagerfeld and Takashi Murakami, this will be a massive collection spanning makeup, skincare, haircare, beauty tools and accessories. It will launch globally on 1 November with an ad campaign featuring Belgian model Yumi Lambert.

Shu Uemura Nutri:nectar Gentle Cleansing Oil In Emulsion

Shu Uemura will launch its new Nutri:nectar Gentle Cleansing Oil In Emulsion on 1 September in Japan to mark the 50th anniversary of the debut of its signature cleansing oil which was beloved by Hollywood stars such as Lucille Ball. As the first emulsion-type oil from Shu Uemura, it is designed to encourage skin turnover and boost skin's hydration levels and restore skin's balance with essential oils of lavender, oregano, sage, sandalwood and musk, plus calming acai, reishi mushroom and replenishing magnolia. This is currently available on the Shu Uemura USA site at for US$78 for 450ml.

Shu Uemura The Lightbulb Essence Foundation

Shu Uemura will debut its new The Lightbulb Essence essential-oil-in foundation SPF45 PA+++ (6000yen, 30ml) on 23 August in Japan. Available in 12 shades, the foundation is formulated with lavender and geranium oils for a natural, glowy finish. Pic by Voce.

Shu Uemura Petal Skin Fluid Foundation

Shu Uemura will debut its new Petal Skin Fluid Foundation SPF20 PA++ (5000yen, 30ml) on 24 February in Japan. Available in 11 shades, it promises poreless coverage that does not feel heavy on the skin, and a softly radiant semi-matte finish like the surface of a flower petal. Pic by Voce.
