New skincare items including a lotion, beauty essence and oil will be launched on 5 September. The rose-scented lotion also includes pearl essence and citrus extract for greater hydrating benefits. The Pearl Treatment Serum will retail at 10000yen.

Addiction Fall 2014 Tokyo Story

Addiction held its press preview for its upcoming 5th Anniversary collection, Tokyo Story, for autumn today in Tokyo. Actress/model Rila Fukushima (of Wolverine fame) fronts the ad campaign, which is the first time Addiction is using a Japanese model. Set for release on 1 August, the collection includes:

1. Blush: 4 shades (2800yen)

2. Eyeshadow: 8 shades inspired by kimonos (2000yen)

3. Nail Polishes (1800yen)

4. Mascara

5. Liquid eyebrow: 2 shades (2200yen)

6. Liquid eyeliner: 6 shades that can be removed with warm water (2800yen)

Tokidoki for LeSportSac Autumn 2014

Tokidoki is teaming up with LeSportSac again for Autumn 2014. The Malaysian press got to preview the collection so there are various pics floating around on Instagram. Check them out on Elle Malaysia, here, here, here, here, here, here and here.

I first fell in love with Tokidoki when they did their first collection for LeSportSac in Spring 2006. The colorful Luna bag from that collection remains the most expensive bag I ever purchased, thanks to the premium prices of LSS in Japan. The archive of Tokidoki LeSportSac bags can be viewed here.

The latest addition to my collection is the Jujube Be Light in Sea Amo, the new summer 2014 print. The bag is superbly lightweight and works great as a day bag if I'm just going out for a few hours with the baby. Tokidoki has really been hitting it out of the park with its recent releases, after the rather uneven quality of a couple years ago. Time to start saving up for the autumn, which looks like it's going to be a real wallet-bleeder on so many fronts!

Suqqu Fall 2014

Glam Japan editor posted these two stunning pics of the Suqqu Blend Color Eyeshadow EX-21 Murasakisuishou 紫水晶 (purple crystal)and Eye Color Palette 01 Toutouseki 透橙石 on Instagram. The other two eyeshadow trios are 金紫石 and 苍琉璃. The jewelry-inspired collection will be released on 8 August in Japan. The eyeshadow trios do not look that tempting to me as the shades are very typical of those released by most Japanese brands. Murasakisuishou is much more alluring in comparison.

Below is another pic tweeted by Abe Sawako. The lipsticks are Creamy Glow Lipstick Moist 07 珊瑚石, 08 桃玉, 09 柘榴石，and EX 15 红辉石 while the nail polishes are EX 07七色石 and EX 08 红石. The shades starting with 'EX' are limited edition.

Chanel Vitalumiere Loose Powder Foundation for Fall 2014

Looks like Anna Sui is not the only brand launching a loose powder foundation this autumn. Chanel will release Vitalumiere Loose Powder Foundation SPF15 (9000yen) with an included mini kabuki brush together with a Le Blanc de Chanel Base Lumiere Universelle Multi-Use Illuminating Base on 19 September in Japan. The Le Blanc de Chanel base helps to brighten up the skin and enhance the look of skin translucency. There will also be a Coco Noir Body Cream (12000yen, 150g), Le Lift Serum (16000yen, 30ml) and Le Lift Creme Yeux eye cream (16000yen, 30ml) debuting on 22 August. Pics below tweeted by Osadanna.

Anna Sui Loose Powder Foundation for Fall 2014

Anna Sui will release its first ever Loose Powder Foundation on 4 September in Japan as part of its Trick Skin collection. There will also be a new Creamy Foundation Primer. Pic below from Voce. The ornate bell jar packaging is certainly eye-catching. The foundation will be available in 7 shades and retail at 4800yen while the primer will retail at 3000yen.
