Bourjois has just released this Enchanted Paris collection for winter over here. Included in it are six new shimmery cream eyeshadows called Color Edition 24h (CHF14.95 in Switzerland versus £6.99 in the UK).
Made in France, these come in a simple plastic pot packaging. The slick cream texture is most similar to that of Maybelline Color Tattoo eyeshadows, without the bounciness of Chanel Illusion D'Ombres and Dior Mono Fusion. Bourjois is late to the game but nevertheless, they did a good job of coming up with six appealing shades that are easy to wear on their own and also versatile enough to create a variety of looks. These swatched very smoothly without any skipping and have good color payoff.
01 Merveille D'Argent
02 Or Desir
03 Petale de Glace
04 Kaki Cheri and 05 Prune Nocturne
06 Bleu Tenebreux
I was only able to swatch four of the six shades as two of the tester pots were screwed crazily tight and impossible to open. From left to right: Merveille D'Argent, Or Desir, Kaki Cheri and Prune Nocturne.
Another new collection display of mascaras and eyeshadow trios.
