I haven't seen any info to suggest that this will be Asia-exclusive so my guess is that it should be available in the UK as well.
HARU! The new Loreal Shine Caresse are in stores and they're a wonderful dupe for YSL glossy stains! Go try!!!!!! I know you like the YSLGS.

I did swatch the L'Oreal Shine Caresse in the stores over here and found them to be more sheer than the YSL Glossy Stains. The formula is similar, but I prefer the YSL Glossy Stains still for their more vibrant shades.
