Jill Stuart will release a new Bright Silk Powder Foundation SPF22 PA++ on 2 March in Japan. Aside from providing coverage of pores and skin unevenness, it also supposedly helps to create a natural, translucent, silk chiffon-like finish. The compact will retail at 1575yen while the foundation refill is 3675yen. There will also be a limited edition Base Makeup Kit that includes any choice of a Jill Stuart foundation, a choice of either the Pure Lasting Makeup Base N or the Day Care Essence, plus a pouch.
