Shu Uemura will launch a new Tsuya Essence (8400yen, 30ml) on 1 August in Japan, to be followed by a peach-tinted UV Under Base Tsuya Mousse (4200yen; 50g) on 1 September. Pics from Kokusaishogyo. Based on advanced cell research, the Tsuya Essnce helps to refine skin texture and improve radiance.
