I don't think this is exclusive to Japan, so you may well see it at your local BB counters!
The baked shadows look pretty, but I wonder about the quality. I lusted after the LE Ruby Sparkle e/s palette that's coming out this fall/winter also, but I saw a review online and the "ruby" shades are all taupe and dull. :( Not going to pick that one up.
I dont own a single BB item but that quad looks loverly!
