Lola's Cupcakes

Right in the centre of the ground floor of Topshop flagship store in Oxford Circus is a Lola's counter that sells the most eye-catching cupcakes.

The delectable treats are baked each morning without preservatives and come in more than a dozen flavours like red velvet, peanut butter, coconut, banana chocolate etc.

These tasted very fresh and yummy, with just the right lightness of texture. The generous frosting was also delicious without being too rich. The large cupcakes are about £2.40 while the box of 9 "tiny" cupcakes was £10.20.

Dark Chocolate Cherry (in the centre) is the current flavour of the month. I loved the red velvet cupcake (with the red sprinkles) with the cream cheese icing!

Rocky Road (left) and Chocolate.

Vanilla

Oreo

Doesn't this look almost too pretty to eat? :-)

hi Tavy,
I haven't had very good experiences with mineral loose powders (like Bare Escentuals) as they don't give me longlasting coverage. Bourjois just released a Healthy Mix Healthy Glow Foundation which you can check out. I haven't tried it but Bourjois' base makeup products are usually of good quality.
