Just spotted this as a new arrival on the Plaza Style website! It's a collector's edition Tenderheart Bear in Gold (2415yen). It has the face and shape of the original Care Bears from the 1980s, which I adored.

What was your favorite Care Bear? I had my sights set on Grumpy as a kid and my family went to a lot of lengths to get him for me. Apparently he was harder to find for some reason.

My favourite was also Grumpy! I think my brother had one. I had the Bedtime Bear, I think, complete with striped pajamas :-) The Care Bears and Cousins were my favourite characters as kids, mainly because of the TV shows and movies!
So cute! I love the Care Bears. Have a Tenderheart Bear sitting on my bed! LOL.
I hate it when they change the look of toys. Strawberry Shortcake looks really strange now!
Oh my this is so so cute! I love Care Bear but erm no favourite one just love them all. I wish it was sold here though.
