Tokyo Day 2 Part 2

Just wanted to share the non-makeup related photos from today :-)

Isetan "It Girl" display on level B2, which has been converted from the previous imported beauty brands section to the young women's fashion section.

Bape display in Isetan.

Cosplay store window in Shinjuku.

Cosplay refers to the practice of teenagers dressing up as cartoon or anime characters, with most popular variations being the Gothic Lolita (dressed all in black) and little Bo-Peep. And it's not just the sport of school girls. I have seen some burly grown men doing it too in Harajuku! Yes, in pink Bo-Peep dresses with white stockings and sporting their hair in ponytails.

Looks cute, doesn't it?...

That is, until I noticed the bright red eyes! Freaky!!

actually, real white bunnies do have red eyes as well. 'albino' variety.

maybe the soft toys have red eyes keeping with the 'gothic' theme. to make them a lil scary?
