September is the time of the year that makeup brands launch their new foundations for the fall/winter seasons. This year, Bourjois will be releasing a liquid foundation that comes with a brush applicator, Fond de Teint, similar to YSL Perfect Touch Radiant Brush Foundation. It will retail for 3570yen and comes in three shades.
